Resumen
Las máximas autoridades de nuestro país han hecho un llamado al
fortalecimiento de la innovación y el trabajo científico. La actividad científica
estudiantil se forma en las Universidades del país como acción curricular y
extracurricular formando jóvenes con perfiles más amplios de su componente
laboral, formando no solo profesionales, sino también investigadores.
Contribuyendo al revelo de la cantera científica del país. La siguiente
investigación tiene como objetivo específico proponer un conjunto de acciones
con el fin del motivar al estudiante universitario al trabajo investigativo. Para
conformación del trabajo se utilizaron métodos investigativos de los niveles
teóricos y empíricos. Además, se consultaron y citaron a autores que han tratado
el tema. Las acciones propuestas además de fortalecer, motivar y vincular a los
estudiantes al trabajo científico investigativo, permite formar al estudiante como
investigador. Por otra parte, permite reconocer los estudiantes líderes en
investigaciones y sus aportes científicos, dando paso a las nuevas generaciones
a la innovación y la investigación. También, contribuye a la conformación de la
pirámide investigativa de la Institución, permitiendo dotar al estudiante las
habilidades y herramientas investigativas para su vida profesional.
Abstract
The highest authorities of our country have called for the strengthening of
innovation and scientific work. Student scientific activity is formed in the country's
universities as a curricular and extracurricular action, training young people with
broader profiles of their work component, training not only professionals, but also
researchers. Contributing to the development of the country's scientific quarry.
The following research has the specific objective of proposing a set of actions in
order to motivate the university student to research work. For the conformation of
the work, investigative methods of the theoretical and empirical levels were used.
In addition, authors who have dealt with the subject were consulted and cited.
The proposed actions, in addition to strengthening, motivating and linking
students to scientific research work, allow the student to be trained as a
researcher. On the other hand, it allows recognizing the leading students in
research and their scientific contributions, giving way to new generations to
innovation and research. It also contributes to the formation of the Institution's
research pyramid, allowing the student to be provided with the research skills and
tools for their professional life.
